DORNIER supplies single extruders or cascade systems as well as satellite extruders for different applications, such as polyester, polypropylene and PA film production in different sizes and with different screw lengths. The extruders are available electrically heated or oil heated and air-cooled. The extruders can be supplied as extruders only or as complete systems combined with filters, melt pipes, gear pumps, dies, etc. DORNIER is also in a position to supply complete lines with twin-screw extruders as main extruder or coextruders and for the twin-screw extruders DORNIER is cooperating with Coperion Werner & Pfleiderer. Filters, which are of DORNIER design, are available as single or continuous (non-stop) filters. On a continuous filter both chambers with the filter inserts are swingable supported, allowing easy cleaning. The filter inserts are available for candles and discs in different sizes. The filters can be provided for electrical, oil or vapour heating.
